1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law to buy a pass or apply for membership.

2. What we offer

• Events — paid passes for MC Ventures events, such as the MC Ventures Launch 2026 in Chennai.
• MC Club membership — a lifetime business-community membership. Membership is currently by application (waitlist); pricing will be announced before online payments open.
• Community & enquiries — information about MC Ventures, its network and the companies connected to it.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The amount shown at checkout is the total amount payable.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
• A purchase is confirmed only after the payment is verified. Razorpay emails a receipt for every successful payment.

4. Event passes

• A pass admits the named registrant only and is non-transferable.
• Each pass includes the benefits listed for it on the event page at the time of purchase. Post-event meetings and discussions included in some passes are scheduled by MC Ventures and subject to availability.
• We may change speakers, agenda, timings or venue. If the event is postponed, your pass remains valid for the new date.
• Entry may be refused, without refund, to anyone who behaves in an unsafe, abusive or disruptive way or breaches venue rules.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. MC Club membership

• Membership is subject to application, review and eligibility. We may decline any application.
• “Lifetime” means access to the MC Club for as long as the MC Club programme is operated by us, subject to these Terms and our community rules.
• Some benefits are valid for a limited period (for example 1 year) or are provided by partner companies under their own terms. The current list and validity of each benefit is on the Membership Details page.
• VirtuaCoins and partner discounts are subject to their own redemption and usage terms.
• We may suspend or end a membership, without refund, for fraud, deception, misuse of opportunities, harassment or serious breach of trust, in line with our zero-tolerance community principle.
• The 3-Year Promise and all membership refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. No investment advice or guaranteed returns

Membership and event passes do not give you equity, shares, profit share or any ownership in MC Ventures, Virtua Technologies India Private Limited or any company in our network, and are not an investment product. We do not guarantee jobs, funding, investment, income or business success. Any business, partnership or investment discussion you enter into with members or companies you meet through us is your own independent decision and at your own risk; we are not a registered investment adviser and nothing on this website is financial or investment advice.

7. Companies in our network

Logos and names shown on this website include companies built or connected through the wider MC Ventures network. Not all of them are owned by Virtua Technologies India Private Limited. Products and services offered by those companies are governed by their own terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to give accurate information, not to misuse this website (including attempting unauthorised access, automated abuse or submitting false registrations), and to respect other members and attendees.

9. Intellectual property

The MC Ventures name, logo, website content, photos and videos belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Privacy

How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with its “last updated” date, applies to purchases made after that date.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
