Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Event passes

• Your registration is confirmed instantly on screen after a successful payment, with your payment ID.
• Razorpay emails a payment receipt to the email address you entered.
• Event entry details — venue, timing and check-in instructions — are sent to your registered WhatsApp number and email before the event.
• Entry is at the event venue in Chennai on the event date, using the details sent to you.

2. MC Club membership

• Membership is activated digitally. Once activated, access details are sent to your registered email and WhatsApp number.
• Benefits from partner companies (for example Expertisor Academy, VirtuaPay or partner discounts) are delivered digitally by those partners, under their own terms.
• VirtuaCoins are credited digitally, subject to their redemption terms.
• If any physical item is ever included with a membership or event, its delivery details and timelines will be stated clearly at the time of purchase.

3. Didn’t receive your confirmation?

If you completed a payment but did not receive a confirmation or entry details, check your spam folder, then contact us with your payment ID and we will resend them.
